As a child is going to be present in our opening film sequence it is in our groups’ best interest that he is safe. Below is a copy of the email that I created to ensure his parents and guardians were ok with the arrangements.
To whom it may concern
As you already know a group of students from Graveney School that do A-level media need a young child to take part in their opening film sequence. As he is only 4 years old we thought that it would be better if a parent or guardian accompanied him to the film location. We have already put in place a risk assessment and there will be many people present to ensure his safety and well being. We will be shooting at a location not far from Graveney School from 7.15pm till 8.30pm on the 21st of March on a private street, if you have any questions or queries please contact us and will get back in touch with you.
